Submission Guidelines
Seeking Wisdom is looking for articles which serve the purposes of the journal as outlined in its
editorial statement. Our preference is for original thinking –whether original philosophy or
theology or original political-theological analysis-- as opposed to scholarly studies of the work
of other thinkers. We will, however, publish short articles which address the relevance of
important thinkers to the aims of the journal. We will also, from time to time, publish poetry or
short fiction. Seeking Wisdom us the official journal of Seeking Wisdom, a nonprofit,
nonpartisan, interfaith research, education, organizing institute. In the interest of publishing
timely, incisive analysis, contributions to Seeking Wisdom are not peer-reviewed. Editorial
authority will be vested in the Editor and the Editorial Board, members of which will be
appointed by the President of Seeking Wisdom. The Editor will have full authority over all
publication decisions.
If you are interested in submitting an article for publication you may either send a brief query
outlining your thesis and argument, or you may submit a completed article. We prefer
electronic submissions in Word format. Send submissions electronically to
mansueto@seekingwisdom.com.
